All decisions, processing durations, and evidentiary demands are subject to the sovereign discretion of statutory immigration authorities.

1. Nature of Advisory Services

VisaPath Global provides strategic document evaluation, file organization, application drafting assistance, and mock consular interview coaching. Our advisory services are designed to present your qualifications truthfully, accurately, and coherently in alignment with sovereign regulations.

2. No Guaranteed Approvals

Under no circumstances does VisaPath Global guarantee or warrant a positive visa decision. Sovereign consular officers and adjudicators possess complete statutory discretion. Any representation by third parties claiming guaranteed approvals under our name is fraudulent and unauthorized.

3. Client Honesty & Document Integrity

The client warrants that all personal records, financial statements, educational diplomas, and employment references provided to VisaPath Global are authentic, accurate, and complete. VisaPath Global will immediately terminate representation without refund if fraudulent or altered records are provided.

4. Sovereign Fees vs. Professional Advisory Fees

All professional advisory fees charged by VisaPath Global are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) and represent compensation for professional time, document drafting, and strategic advisory. Official statutory filing fees (payable directly to embassies, consular contractors, or government treasuries) are separate and remain the sole responsibility of the client.

5. Official Communications Protocol

Formal advisory instructions, document transmissions, and engagement updates must occur via our designated email: hello@visapathglobal.com. VisaPath Global maintains no phone or WhatsApp channels to ensure an inviolable, verifiable written audit trail.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisaPath Global shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for travel disruptions, changes in sovereign immigration legislation, embassy appointment delays, or consular refusals.
